What I am wondering is this. There is a musician named Nick Waterhouse. He did some of the music for the most recent Fargo installments including a number called, "If You Want Trouble". So now I'm curious if this bit of drumming is an arrangement done by Nick of another of his songs, "Time's All Done part 2". The drums are almost the same.

Bonus theory: Davy Jones let go of his hate after Calypso left him and realizing what a monster he has become. That is until a group of giant monsters raided the ship and stole the heart from him. When that happened, the giants joined in and took all the children along with the other magical beings to use them as slaves. Jones and his crew were all penetrated on the inside. Worst of all. He witnessed the death of the Queen while the princess who was just a toddler watched. Davy Jones questioned the leader that the deal was to destroy the kingdom and not to kidnap and murder. The leader scared him while feeling penetrated. The princess beg her own dead mother to wake up. The leader chained her and carried her like an object. Davy Jones was saddened with tears. Watching the most heartbreaking scene was his weakness. That is what made him become vengeful and murderous. He led his crew to counterattack the giants after sending Bootstrap Bill Turner to steal months later. When that happened, the leader angrily went after the princess and killed all the friends she made. An explosion ignited and the leader was unconscious. Bill Turner showed up and helped the princess escape while Davy Jones retrieved the heart. He slaughtered the last of the surviving giants who were captured. Jones knew that the princess fled with a boat, but he let her go because he got what he wanted. Davy Jones’s vengeance for what he had witnessed was what consumed him.
